Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Process time is the time it takes to make your product. Our process time is calculated in business days:
- 2-7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, shoes, etc.)
- 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (pillows, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Please Note:
Process time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated processing time with the estimated shipping time.
Processing for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be processed within 7 days.
During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, our order processing can take up to 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
We will ship from the closest process facility nearest you in the United States to cut down on shipping time, however our shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We currently ship to the U.S. only!
Our shipping times vary depending on the type of item you have purchased. The following is a guideline of what shipping times to expect.

We provide real-time tracking info on all our orders. If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
- Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. - Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes have Free shipping.
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $99.99 or less before taxes the following shipping rates apply

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
For ALL returns or exchanges:
- Items MUST NOT be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must provide a valid receipt.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 2 hrs after you receive your order confirmation via E-mail. *NOTE Please Check Spam and Junk folders* Please contact us directly using the red “Chat with us” button on our store's page or email us at info@visualtestaments so we can make these changes immediately. If the order ships and the changes have not been made please return the items unused for a full refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
We provide real-time tracking info on all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hrs before contacting us at info@visualtestaments.com or through our “Chat with us” button on our store's page. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your time frame for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged please take photos and send them to us at info@visualtestaments.com We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and we will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience.
